I have been a chef for 3 years. I have worked from extremely fast paced short order environments, to rosette fine dining ones and experience in banqueting and I have experience teaching lots of apprentice chefs within the kitchen environment. My specialties are classic French and Scottish cuisine, I also have a lot of experience in Italian cuisine and home cooking. I will provide remote lessons explaining the knowledge behind creating incredible meals, whether it’s in a restaurant or home setting, as well as the key lessons you’ll need to thrive within the industry. I am also happy to provide lessons to those already in an apprenticeship or a commi chef role to further their knowledge.
