A keen learner myself, I am passionate about helping and supporting students to better understand their subject.

I start by identifying my students preferred method of learning eg are they a visual/auditory/kinaesthetic learner? I then tailor my lessons to each student, ensuring great communication and understanding. Prior to the lesson I make up structured lesson plans which helps ensure all key learning is covered as well as encourages appropriate time management. I find that taking the time to structure and individually tailor learning leads to a greater overall understanding of the lesson by the student.
