I give private maths lessons aimed at children studying at a secondary school level

As a Mechanical Engineering student, in which logic is a useful tool, I like to work through problems and answer questions in a similar manner. Each step is carefully explained along the way!

Experience:
- 8 A grades at National 5 level
- 5 A grades at Higher level
- 4 years studying Mechanical Engineering
- Currently in my fifth and final year and on-track to receive a First Class MEng degree.

From past experience, various complex concepts can be taught loosely and 'skimmed over' in class. This leads to gaps in understanding and a lack of confidence in students when attempting problems.

I strive to ensure that the path to understanding a particular concept is clear and enjoyable, keeping the student engaged and providing them with the want to learn more!
