English & Creative Writing

I teach English & Creative Writing to children over 12 and adults. I've worked in schools,
libraries and universities (Staffordshire University and Stirling University) for several years and I was a Writer-in-Residence for three years with Renfrewshire Libraries. I can help students with their English academic essays and creative writing. I've also studied and practiced journalism, working freelance in that field for various magazines. Once you have your subject, you can get to work and evolve your writing style. The way to good essays, stories and articles is via editing: line editing and structural editing will make all the difference. The drafting process is key: It allows you to sharpen your work line-by-line and overall.
