I have a Law Degree and have been called to the Nigerian Bar for 3 years running. The common Law Principles inherited from the English System remain the same with few modifications made depending on the jurisdiction. I have had great success in my endeavours as a Lawyer and particularly in communicating the principles of the Law and practically demonstrating their application through very lucid examples to students. Just recently before proceeding for a Masters in Scotland, I had cause to celebrate one of my students who couldn't make the Bar exams at the first sitting (prior to working with the student) and after working with the student for 3 months, the student took the exams and was successful.
I'm happy and proud of my achievements and I believe I can do the same for any aspirant to the Legal profession in any common Law Jurisdiction.
