English teacher providing lessons for all ages, especially for essay writing

I have hood communication skills and I am very patient with my students. My strengths are good organizational skills that help keep my work in good order with mu students and I am able to explain work from the level of understanding of my students. I am a highly motivational leader to my students and I always try to push them to achieve their atmost best. My weakness is providing assistance in proofreading large amounts of essays in last minutes, meaning that students should provide their essays while there is enough time for me to assist them with their work.
