I submit that my skills and experience of over 20 years as a lawyer will most definately benefit students and junior solicitors in the field of law.

I have the ability to undertake research and have the ability to transfer that knowledge into practice. In my previous work and studies I have done just that. I have presented to junior UG and PG learners and students and have been able to project ways of teaching, training and learning. My profession as a lawyer begins with undertaking research in everything and to transfer this knowledge into practice. Within the cycle of innovation in research:
-It is important that students are better taught with watched lectures and assignments and seminars in class.
-Preparation of teaching tools with clear and enhanced information on teaching materials.
The transfer and innovation in teaching I believe comes from looking at the problems, observing and learning from others in a team. The feedback from this then enables us to address the strengths and to build up on these to give results that we need as a teaching establishment from different student learning strengths and weaknesses which helps in the learning programme.
I am keen to take part in more advanced method of learning to make the learning process enjoyable and informative and am keen to take part in other ideas and processes.

In view of the above and my previous experience of over 20 years I am confident that I will be able to offer my expertise.
