Born in Scotland, English has always been my first language and with many teachers amongst my parents, aunts and uncles I have been raised to be understood no matter the circumstance. Being able to communicate clearly and concisely, whether it be verbally or written makes being accurately understood so much more straightforward and avoids misunderstandings.
Words have power when used correctly. With the power to wound and the power to heal, learning how to use language to convey your thoughts and feelings is fun and exciting, even if you meet a few challenges along the way.
Having been self-employed, and owning my own company for 15+ years I know how valuable it has been to be able to be understood by all clients from all over the world and all walks of life.
