As I mentioned before I have an A at biology A level and an 8 at biology GCSE.
I also study biological sciences at university so I am very much all updated with the latest knowledge. I also go into my previous sixth form/ school to help and teach children in biology, chemistry and music. This is partly the reason I applied as I have been extremely successful doing this and I would like to help even more students. Concerning how I would teach, I have a host of resources from my time at A level and GCSE which I can utilise, and I also put the student first. I already analyse what the student finds difficult and track down any patterns within their learning thanks help both of us conquer more learning at once! Then I take a positive, calm and progressive approach to learning. Letting them teach themselves if you like, and I come into to show new concepts or correct their understanding. With me also guiding new revision techniques they could use for exams. All of this together makes for a gentle, positive but extremely effective learning approach! After all mental well-being is one of the most important things when it comes to revision and exam stress.
