I wanna help people learn subjects more easily rather than by hearting it through easy techniques

I love helping kids and adults learn new things , I wanna help them learn subjects easily using different new techniques and ideas and short easily remembering ways rather than by hearting subjects and later forgetting them , I wanna help them learn subjects which will be useful for them in their careers
