I focus on providing personalized ESL/EFL teaching to students based on their individual differences, such as langauge level, learning style, age, etc.. I believe every student has his/her unique needs during ESL/EFL learning, and I hope every one of them will feel they are cared during the learning. Another key value of my teaching is to develop strategic self-regulated learners. ESL/EFL learning is a life-long journey, during which students will face numerous challenges. Some of them can be solved on classes with teachers, but not all of them can be dealt within classes. Students have to learn to handle challenges during ESL/EFL learning by themselves. Hence, I hope my classes can act as a starting point, from which students can explore and develop their own learning strategies and gradually learn how to regulate themselves to keep the life-long journey of ESL/EFL learning.
