User experience designer with over 25 years experience

I have been a UX, Product and Service Designer & User Researcher for 25 years. I’ve worked on projects in both the public and private sectors. Besides experience design, I’ve created Information architecture, designed content, conducted business analysis, presented research outcomes and design solutions to senior management. Importantly, I've done a lot of user research. I have headed up UX functions and set up new user experience teams.

My work portfolio includes The Times Newspaper, Virgin Media, Cadbury, Citibank, Sky, Scottish Widows and various central government departments.
