Hatha, Vinyasa and Yin certified yoga teacher :)

I completed my 200-hour yoga RYT-certified teaching certification in the summer of 2022 at La Casa Shambala in Koh Phangan, Thailand. I am trained in Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga, adjusting practices, alignment, anatomy, breath work and meditation. I have experience teaching classes with the Edinburgh University Yoga Society and will be guiding my first Yoga Retreat in the Scottish Highlands in March 2023.

My approach to yoga teaching is based on mindful, joyful movement, listening to the body’s needs and moving in ways that feel good and natural to the body. I am a spiritual person and like to introduce an aspect of reflection and connection to one-self during my classes, coming home to the body during every practice. I aim to nurture an intention of self-love in every class.
