I prefer to teach via books, reading a book around the level of English you are at ,discussing what we have read, go over any words you found hard to understand and practise them for next time.
Have discussions and help with linguistic skills, like enunciate your words and speaking clearly.
I can help with phonetics teaching as well ,if you are more used to this?!

To get your words enunciated properly ,to speak in a clear and understandable way is very helpful to many employers.

I am flexible to online tutoring or face to face in my office.
