Enthusiatic student with an ambition for teaching, looking to start my career

I have begun my studies at Heriot-Watt University studying mathematics with an end goal of teaching high school maths. I have worked in hospitality for the last 5 years and have decided that after moving away from home it is time I began to follow my passion and help students who feel like they are just not as good as others, and show them that they have amazing potential and much more intelligence than they give themselves credit for. I am a patient, confident and enthusiastic person and I am excited to start the next page of my journey.
