English tutor providing lessons for every level

I have been teaching English since 1989. I have been doing tutorials and private lessons to various learners, who are able to use the language both at their work and their everyday life. I have also been teaching at various language insttutes both in Greece and abroad and I used to have my own school of languages for 14 years ( ).
My method depends on the communicative approach and I also use grammar a bit more than usual in my teaching method as grammar is a really important factor of learning a foreign language. I believe in building a good and firm relation with my learners, depending on mutual understanding, tolerance and empathy. The speed of the students' progress depends on them and each lesson is regulated accordingly.
