You might not to know that some of your personal issues might interrupt a proper study time but as long as I help you to identify these thoughts or emotions, you will improve your concentration and organization in your academic objectives. So, I will incorporate gestalt therapy techniques to help you gain self-awareness and address unresolved issues and will educate you about psychological concepts relevant to your challenges through the different coaching sessions.
I will provide guidance on effective study techniques, time management, and test-taking strategies and will help you set realistic academic goals and monitor progress.
I will offer emotional support to help you manage stress, anxiety, and other emotional challenges. I will regularly review progress with clients and offer constructive feedback.
I will assign tasks and exercises designed to reinforce learning and facilitate personal growth to complete between sessions.
I will provide clients with access to written resources, articles, and videos related to their coaching goals.
Possibility to offer group coaching sessions where clients can share experiences and insights.
