I have been teaching for approximately 10 years, and I actually thrive on the challenge of seeing my students grow and develop. In discussing the subject of teaching, I have a simple philosophy, namely, every student deserves a chance to learn and to be taught. Clearly, students learn at a different pace and it is my role as a skilled practitioner to implement strategies and techniques that will work for them.

Maybe there is no perfect way to teach, but there is a right way to approach every lesson. All successful lessons need to be thought out and planned in advance to achieve maximum student enrichment. My planning involves breaking a subject down into bite-sized pieces as I firmly believe that this step-by-step process reinforces learning.
