I am experienced teaching over Microsoft Teams and use engaging methods such as formative assessment and feedback strategies to determine a students level. I promote a level of autonomy and self expression to allow a student to feel supported and create a fun and engaging environment to facilitate learning. I believe in an experiential approach to learning with regular reflection of practice.
