I am native English. I teach written, reading and speaking and listening in the Functional English and ESOL frameworks

Able to work one to one or with small groups. I have a literacy specialism that can identify SEN I am skilled in creating and adapting resources to meet the needs of individual students. I have experience of teaching English to speakers of a range of other languages.
My lessons are specific and meet the needs of the student. If students need to learn English to live or work in a particular environment. The spoken and written English used will reflect that.

If students have additional barriers to learning that impact understanding. My teaching practice involves a structure that can support a range of educational needs including SEN for example adapting resources to suit. Examples changing fonts, white to blue backgrounds or using visual aids.

My approach to teaching is holistic it is important for me that a student feels happy, relaxed and present at each level when introduced to new English reading, writing and speaking & listening terminology.

For example to engage a learners personality is central to their growth and understanding of learning the English language. Generating topics of conversational English of their choice are used to create and influence written sentences. Further influencing the introduction of different English tenses for practice to meet teaching objectives.
