Highly motivated ELA tutor for grades 4-12

I have a bachelor degree of foreign languages and interpretation with 16 years of experience as an English classroom teacher,4 years of experience as an ELA tutor.

I like creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment, encouraging active participation, and promoting critical thinking.

I start each class with a brief review of the previous lesson and end with a summary of the key points covered that day.

I also break down my lessons into smaller segments or activities, such as lectures, discussions, group work, and individual assignments.

I emphasize my commitment to open communication with my students and my willingness to provide regular feedback on their progress. As well, I encourage my students to ask questions, provide feedback, and share their ideas and opinions.
