The saying goes “once a teacher, always a teacher “. I love teaching students of any age currently between 7 and 67!

I offer French, Italian and English as a Foreign Language. Having loved being a teacher and finishing my career in management, when my teaching hours were significantly reduced, I am enjoying returning to teaching via zoom as I embark on retirement. I think that’s the best thing about my lessons in my second teaching career is that I have more time for my students, for my planning, and for pure enjoyment. I send a prepared lesson sheet 15 minutes prior to the lesson, and give feedback via marked homework following the lesson. That said, lessons are by no means rigid and there is always scope to amend as learning needs arise. It is my aim to include some form of listening, speaking, reading and writing in each lesson, and to make activities varied and stimulating.
