Physics tutor available that can apply the theory to real world applications

My usual day job is that of a Marine Engineer, to qualify as such we have to study various elements of Physics to a pretty in-depth standard and pass exams accordingly. As such I feel I can help students understand varying concepts from forces and momentum to thermodynamics, linear and angular velocity, electrotechnology and good mathematical practices. I also have a Scottish Higher in Physics as well as Standard Grade Credit 1.
My own children studied Physics in the Scottish Curriculum and I have a reasonable grasp of the syllabus, however I'm confident that coming from a results driven background, being provided with a syllabus and targets to achieve, I would be a welcome addition to tutoring community.
