I first picked up a guitar at 8 years old and before I knew it, I was hooked. It became the only thing I ever wanted to do!

I ended up studying at Leeds Conservatoire and graduated with a first class BA (hons) Guitar (Pop) degree. Since then, I've performed up and down the country as a working session guitarist for weddings, pubs, clubs corporate events and at a variety of venues such as: The Wardrobe, Brudenell Social Club, The Key Club, The Horn, The Water Rats, O2 Academy Islington.

Teaching is something that I find really fulfilling. Watching the progression students make from whatever their skillset is when I first start working with them to becoming the guitarists they've wanted to be is something is one of the proudest feelings I've encountered. I've taught 1:1 lessons for over a year and half now with ages varying from 8 all the way up to 50+ and I'm always excited to start helping new students begin their musical journey and discover the joys of playing guitar.

I'll approach lessons to work around whatever desires a student has on the guitar. Whether that's learning your favourite songs or Guns and Roses solo to areas such as technique, theory, composition whatever it might be!
