Advert description
My lessons are structured, supportive, and tailored to each student’s individual needs. I begin by identifying areas of strength and topics that require more support, then plan sessions around the A-level Psychology syllabus. Lessons typically include clear explanations of key concepts, use of real-life examples to aid understanding, and regular checks for understanding.
I focus on building strong exam technique, including essay structure, evaluation skills, and the effective use of psychological terminology. I also support students with research methods, data interpretation, and revision strategies. Sessions are interactive and encourage questions, helping students gain confidence alongside knowledge.
A little about me: I hold a BPS-accredited Psychology degree and a Master’s in Health Psychology, where I achieved a Distinction for my dissertation. I have experience supporting individuals with a variety of psychological and emotional needs, and I am passionate about helping students understand psychology in a practical and engaging way. I aim to create a calm, encouraging learning environment where students feel supported to achieve their best and develop a genuine interest in the subject.
