I believe in a student-centred approach, which begins by understanding your current goals, challenges, and circumstances. Once we get to know each other a little bit better, I can then create a tailored plan of action- using my experience and your ideas- for you to develop and grow. I want your input because I think lasting change only happens when you are involved in the process (instead of me simply telling you what to do). I foster a safe, judgement free space for students. We will learn from mistakes and successes as both are inevitable in life. I also believe in a fun, firm, and fair teaching environment where we learn to enjoy the process while staying accountable to our goals.
