I am Senegalese, Professor, Linguist and specialist in the Wolof language. I am of Wolof origin.
Learn and speak Wolof easily with me. I offer individual and group lessons.
My methodology is to base myself on the lessons in a structured and clear way, accessible to my learners to give them quality teaching and a total understanding of the lessons in a warm and satisfying atmosphere.
I also give documents and homework at the end of each session to allow my students to practice.
Wolof is the most widely spoken language in Senegal, in Gambia where it has been enriched by the contributions of other dialects, Arabic and French, which remains the official language. It is experiencing cultural expansion in the country and is also present in Gambia and Mauritania.
So to facilitate your integration into Senegalese and Gambian society; it is essential to go through this language because it is the vernacular language although there are several beautiful local Senegalese-Gambian languages but Wolof remains the most used language. this is why I propose to teach the beauty of this language which is my specialty and my mother tongue, I also teach Senegalese and Gambian culture and civilization.
Learning Wolof offers anyone wishing to discover Senegal, in a professional, cultural or tourist context, to establish a privileged contact with its population.
My method is very simple, I start by teaching you the most common and most used words and expressions. Then slowly the formation of sentences, conjugation, grammar but also how to pronounce each word correctly and know their positions
