Passionate Biology undergraduate hoping to help you excel in your A-levels!

Hi! I am currently a student at Durham University studying Biological Sciences. I have experience tutoring on Durham University’s largest educational volunteering project pairing students with state-educated pupils. I have been really enjoying tutoring, and hope to be able to dedicate more time and resources to helping more students.

As someone who has also been through A-levels I can fully relate to how challenging it can be at times. Through trial and error (mostly the error part), I had to discover and developed methods of learning that worked for me. And ultimately I was able to excel in my exams.

I would like to pass on the knowledge I've gained to guide students towards finding what works best for them too! And hopefully in the process help ease your worries and make revising more enjoyable!

I hope to offer a structured approach toward learning, so that students can track their process over time and gain confidence from their improvements. I also hope to foster a comfortable environment where students can learn at their own pace.

I've gathered together the best resources (practice papers, revision guides, videos) in one place, so you can access multiple avenues of revision/practice appropriate to the level you are currently at.

Finally, exams aside, I really enjoy teaching and learning scientific concepts and am constantly amazed by the workings of the natural world around us. I hope I can inspire a similar level of enthusiasm in the students I teach, as my teachers and mentors
have done for me.
