From my experience, I have learnt that the most important skill in teaching is to adapt to your students by getting to know them as a learner and changing the way you teach to provide the most effective results. To do this I provide an engaging and fun working environment that rewards small successes to build towards a greater goal. If a solution is not always clear when a challenge arises in a student's learning I listen to the issue at hand and help to support and provide a solution. If that solution is not immediately clear I make it a prority to work it out through effective communication and wider research so a student has the best chance of success.
