I would only be available to teach online (remotely) from home and looking for 10 - 20 hours (maximum) - my idea would be to promote strong interaction between me and the student, the goal being to reach a more than acceptable level of English in whatever situation they may find themselves. Also, I believe it will aid those looking for meaningful work once a level has been achieved. Visual aids and practice would be they key to achieving individual goals.
