I am a native speaker of English who has been teaching for over thirty years

Advert description
I have a RSA UCLES Certificate and Diploma in teaching English as a Foreign Language to Adults. I also have a Masters Degree in Applied Linguistics (University of Edinburgh). My students' needs are important and my lessons are tailored to their needs. I expect my classes to be enjoyable, interesting and relaxed but work to improve English has to be done. I have taught exam classes for IELTS, the Cambridge Suite of exams (especially First Certificate in English, Cambridge Advanced English (CAE) and Cambridge Proficiency in English (CPE) and TOEFL. However I have taught from complete Beginners to post CPE and IELTS band 9.
I enjoy teaching and try my best to ensure my students enjoy learning English with me.
