I use my social skills to develop a positive rapport with my students. This approach helps induce students to use their existing English so I can help them improve on what they have. From my experience teaching, I know that each student needs English for different reasons. I tailor my lessons to the students' objectives with focus on vocabulary, speaking, writing and listening skills.
