I currently work as a senior consultant and my day to day involves talking to users, understanding their pain points and providing solutions that meet their goals. I hold a masters' degree in Interactive Digital Media and a bachelors in Mass Communication.

My teaching style is highly interactive, personalised, and filled with enjoyable activities like role playing.
