English & German as a foreign language & business

Hello everyone! My name is Irina, and I am a passionate teacher!

I am half russian/half german, and I used to live in Russia and Germany before finding my home in Ireland.

Now I live in Dublin with my family.

I am also a linguist who speaks 6 languages and is always curious about other cultures / languages.

Having before worked in a gymnasium with focus on English on second language, dealing with classroom full of pupils, then moving on to private students, I have gathered not only formal but a lot of practical experience. I have taught children from 6 years old up to 13, and adults as well.

My students appreciate lively, communicative style of my lessons, I always try to match my lessons to the topics of interest or areas of improvement. I'd say my biggest strength is teaching speaking and vocabulary.

Another area of my professional career is sales. I love sales, I have been successful at a number of software companies in Dublin and I always love giving trainings on cold calling, interviews, writing professional emails and conducting business meetings in English and German.

If you need to prepare for an exam or have a special difficulty to overcome, I'd be happy to research and modify my lessons to study necessary areas.
