I encourage students to do homework to keep their practice going.
I send a lot of various content connected to their needs.
My main style as mentioned above is conversation. Encouraging the student to speak as much as possible.
I approach the class as a normal conversation and we go through various daily life subjects.
Sometimes we can read a text together to work on specific pronunciation and structure.
