Level 3 qualification within Gym instructing and Personal Training.

Advert description
Obtained certification as a gym trainer, demonstrating proficiency in designing fitness programs, providing guidance on exercises and equipment usage, and promoting healthy lifestyle habits. Qualified Personal Trainer: Certified as a Personal Trainer, equipped with the knowledge and skills to develop personalised fitness plans, motivate clients, and help them achieve their health and fitness goals through tailored workout routines and nutrition advice. Growing up I have always been surrounded by the gym environment. As a footballer growing up it was vital to me to always keep my fitness at the top of my game, pushing myself to the limits and recovering properly. I started my first ever Personal Training sessions attending Martin Nugent Elite performance based at Sunderland college. I learned so much from the amazing staff there. Especially Lee Moore. He was my coach and introduced me into the fantastic world of Strength and Conditioning and recovery. From 2018 till 2022 I stayed at Martin Nugents gym going 2 times per week. Learning everything there was to know about personal training. I attended this gym alongside getting my qualification within this area. After Covid happened Lee Moore went and set his own strength and conditioning company up and I followed him and joined him there for an additional two years until now. I have a vast knowledge and experience about strength and conditioning and feel I would be a perfect fit within the world of personal training. I have been apart of it for 8 years and have a huge insight into the best ways to function and adapt no matter the client. Creating the best environment and the best version of yourself possible
