I would describe myself with the wise words of Bruce Lee: I am like water whatever my students need from me I shall do my best to adapt and make sure my class is a student centered environment. My lessons are aimed at ESL learners from ages 5-17.

If I have one on one classes I shall make sure I cater to my student and see what they respond best with in terms of their learning style. If I have a class of more than 1 student then I can also identify who my lower level students are and my higher level students are. I then shall cater to their needs to make sure both students get to the same outcome but, in different ways. As a teacher we need to understand not all students learn the same and each student learns differently.
