A level student Organised Engaging Engaging

I would first have a conversation with the student / parent depending on their age to evaluate what their goal is what they are preparing for . I would then also asses their skill level and come up with lesson plans or alternatively for elder students ask them to tell me what they are struggling on and need help with . My lessons would consist of first teaching concepts and providing them with many questions to help them practice skills .
