Inspiring Religious Studies and Philosophy Tutor

I have taught Religious Studies at both GCSE to the AQA specification and A Level to the OCR specification. My specialisms are Christianity and Buddhism. I have been an examiner for OCR so have insider knowledge of how to answer essay questions to a high standard. I am also able to teach A Level Philosophy to the AQA specification. I am studying for a Masters and so am able to tutor anyone studying a BA Philosophy. My areas of expertise are Philosophy, Philosophy of Mind, Politics and Philosophy of Language.

My teaching style is very discursive, so expect lots of questions and practising of essay questions. At A Level I will set reading to complete so that we can focus our discussion on that reading, providing those readings as a PDF. I will set additional exam questions and mark any essays you have written.

As part of the GCSE tutoring package I will work with you on the best way to tackle each question, the meaning of key teachings and how to effectively critique the teachings in line with what the examiners are looking for.
