Advert description
In my classroom, I have built a sense of a social environment that promotes social interaction among students through group work, which helps them think and share ideas. With that in mind, I have always adopted teaching methods such as inquiry-based learning, which focuses on helping students discover knowledge based on their abilities, levels, and needs to help them achieve desired learning outcomes. After using these approaches, I realized that students learn best when they find knowledge and such opportunities help me to identify strengths and weaknesses and provide adequate support. At a point, most students become confident, independent learners and develop positive attitudes toward science. In addition, in building up my science knowledge and research expertise, I have utilized innovative and effective classroom practices to create a meaningful transformation to solve today’s science education challenges. For instance, I used the flipped classroom approach to deliver my science lessons to make students become more active and independent learners who have developed as 21st-century learners.
