Over 10 years experience in UK FE and HE. Specialist in Food Tech/Bakery not Culinary/Chef

In terms of trade qualifications, I have Advanced City and Guilds in Bakery and a HND in Food Quality and Manufacture, incorporating elements of Hygiene, QA, Food Science, and relevant topics for Food Tech/Science qualification.
My Bachelor's Degree (1st Class) is in Post Compulsory Education - the philosophies and organisation of post 16 Education in the UK.
My teaching qualification is DTLLS and I am also a trained A1 Assessor.
I have experience in group and year management in FE and HE, working with students on a face-to-face level in Tutorials and also coaching and managing individual students through writing their undergraduate dissertations.
