I would focus more on students who has the potential to learn, and how words can be inspirations, not just with studies, but beyond academics and into their personal growth.

I will try to understand the aspects which students lack or requires greater focus. Based on my past experience as a prefect, assistant house captain, I have had to do public speaking and knowing my audience and they can be inspired, but I need to understand the core aspects which holds them back. As a student studying Politics, there are many ideologies that can inspire or restrict someone from exploring and discovering, and within the lines, there can be some levels of encouragement, dedication and self growth, I want to help students channel the energy within with the outcome of expressing thoughts, to question, learn, adapt, inspire and be more confident.
