Advert description
I design and prepare teaching contents that encourage student participation and engagement. I employ a blended learning approach including computational thinking and active learning. The computational thinking learning approach involves five steps: (1) Decomposition –breaking large problems down into smaller ones, (2) Pattern recognition –recognising how the problems relate to those that have been solved previously, (3) Abstraction –setting aside unimportant details, (4) Algorithms –identifying and developing the steps that will be necessary to reach a solution, (5) Debugging –refining these steps.
