Mr Rose has been exceptionally helpful during my time working in a year 4 classroom as a teaching assistant. I was never good at maths at school and this has had a knock off effect in my work life. Mr Rose has helped me overcome my fear of even basic maths and I now feel more confident helping the children in my class with subjects like improper fractions ,equivalent fractions and simplifying fractions. Furthermore, Mr Rose was very patient and nothing was too much, he was always more than willing to go over the topic again and would test me at the end of the session to make sure I really had a secure understanding of what was taught in the lesson.
