Geography tutor- Advanced Subsidiary Level and A Level EDEXCEL

I have a profound interest in Geography and a passion for teaching and learning the subject. I studied it for my A level and received an A* grade with the title of “Best mark in Sri Lanka”. I am currently studying Global Sustainable Development with Business Studies at Warwick which furthers my understanding of the environment, people, and how we can change our planet for the better.

I have also taught geography on multiple occasions. I gave private classes to my peers, who also received A* grades. I enjoy breaking down the complexities of our understanding of the planet and society into simpler concepts so everyone can grasp the subject and build a firm foundation on it.

As a teacher, I am flexible with my approach and I often work with the preferred learning style of my student- whether that is clear explanations, notes, or PowerPoints, I am willing to tailor the learning experience to ensure the best results.


I am a determined, perseverant, and creative individual. I am also empathetic and understanding towards others, adults and children alike.
