English is my native language and It would be a great opportunity to help other learn the language too

Possessing excellent communication skills, which allow me to clearly explain complex grammatical concepts and provide feedback on written and spoken assignments. Understanding that their students come from various cultural backgrounds and may be at different proficiency levels in English. Therefore, I am skilled in creating lesson plans that cater to the individual needs of each student while also promoting group collaboration. However, one of my weaknesses is the potential for language barriers with students. Although most teachers can speak multiple languages, there may still be instances where students struggle to understand certain vocabulary words or complex sentence structures.
