I have done a 200 hour Teacher Training Course from Association of Yoga and Meditation,Rishikesh and i’m a Yoga Alliance,USA certified Yoga Instructor.I aim at teaching my students yoga the traditional way with all the secondary steps involved and not just the physical aspects.You need not be flexible/acquainted to yoga to join my lesson,i would be more than happy to introduce you to the world of Yoga:)
