RE: COVER LETTER FOR MATHEMATICS AND BIOLOGY TEACHING POST
I am a Mathematics (Pure and Statistics) and Biology teacher with a BScED double major Maths and Biology. I graduated from the University of Zimbabwe in 2003. I have been teaching for the past 20 years both subjects upto AS/A Level. I did an MScMED at University of Cape Town and graduated in 2003. My richest experience was teaching at the International School of Cape Town where I taught Mathematics and Biology from Grade 8 to AS/A Level from 2010 upto 2018. Hereafter I continued working with Learning Unlimited as a Mathematics and Biology teacher which allowed me to teach both online (using Google Meet and Zoom), on-site as well as in-person and privately all stages of High School. I also established a new Biology Laboratory which functioned for more than 5 years with a full set of apparatus. The Biology served several home scholars as well as private students who sought training in AS Paper 3 Biology experiments. I am a very experienced and innovative Maths and Biology Teacher with over 20 years’ experience.
I am capable of teaching both in-person and online.
