Experienced Tutor Available for Primary to GCSE Maths

I graduated from Queen's University with First Class Honours in English Language and Literature, followed by a Masters in Psychology. I have five years of experience working with children, both in an education setting and as a private tutor.

Lessons are focused around the individual student and their personal needs. Typically we will begin with a quick chat to help the student feel calm and comfortable and to address any worries they might have. During our first lesson, I take time to discuss different topics to assess where their strengths and weaknesses are, which allows me to plan for their ongoing learning. Lessons typically last 50 minutes. I have a wealth of experience working with students with additional difficulties such as anxiety, dyslexia, ADHD etc. and am happy to tailor lessons to specific needs.
