I’ve been going to the gym for two years, nearly three. I make sure to workout my whole body, however my strengths would be legs, back, arms and abs. I don’t train chest as much, however I’m still able to pass down my knowledge. I eat well, push myself really hard as I want to maintain the body I worked hard to achieve, but also my healthy lifestyle. I am able to do each workout well, with good form.
